★该简章适用于只申请汉语言（对外）专业的申请人。
This brochure only applies to applicants who apply for Chinese Language (external).
一、 招生对象
Target of enrollment
高中毕业以上学历，具备大学申请资格，身体健康的外国籍公民。
Healthy foreign citizens graduated from high school or higher, with qualification applying for studying in university.

从中国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾移民外国，作为外国留学生申请者，根据教育部教外来[2009]83号文，须于2013年4月30日前取得外国国籍，且从2013年4月30日起至2017年4月30日止有在国外实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。
According to the Ministry of Education [2009] No. 83, as a foreign student applicant, foreigners from mainland China (Mainland), Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are required to obtain foreign nationality by April 30, 2013. Furthermore, there is a record of living abroad for more than two years from April 30, 2013 to April 30, 2017. (Living abroad for more than 9 months in one year can be taken as one year; the entry and exit endorsement shall prevail).

三、申请办法
Applying Method
1. 网上报名http://is.nbu.edu.cn
1. Register online http://is.nbu.edu.cn

网上提交申请（Online Application--Select Program--Bachelor Degree--Chinese Language），完成专业选择。
Submit your application online, the procedure is as follow, Online Application--Select Program--Bachelor Degree--Chinese Language, the major is chosen.

2. 填写Personal Information、Education、Family Members、Mailing Address 等报名信息。
Fill in the registration information, such as personal information, education, family members, mailing address and so on.

3.按提示上传护照扫描页、最终学历证书、最终学历教育阶段全部课程的成绩单等相关文件。
3. Follow the prompts to upload scanned passport pages, final diploma, transcript final stage of a full course of academic education and other related documents

注：★ 至2017年9月1日未满18周岁的申请人，需提交《监护人保证书》；监护人应为在宁波居住、有经济来源的成年人；
Note: ★ Applicants who are under 18 until September 1, 2017 are required to submit a "guardian's guarantee"; The guardian should be an adult who lives in Ningbo and has a source of income.
★ 必要时，我校会要求申请人提交补充材料 。
If necessary, Ningbo University will ask the applicant to submit supplementary material.
四、录取
Admission
预录取结果一周内可在报名系统（http://is.nbu.edu.cn）查询。
Pre-admission results can be found in the registration system (http://is.nbu.edu.cn) within a week
★如有可以证明自己综合能力的文件，可在申请时一并提交，本校在录取时会适当考虑。
Please submit the document which can prove your own comprehensive ability at the time of application, some consideration will be given in admission.
五、入学时间
Admission time
2017年9月，具体时间以《录取通知书》为准。

六、学费标准（人民币）
Tuition fees (RMB)
18000元/学年，请见《宁波大学2017年外国留学生招生简章》，最终学费标准以入学时的定价为准。
18000 yuan / year, taking the "Ningbo University 2017 foreign students enrollment brochure" as reference, the final tuition fee is subject to the price of admission.
七、违规行为处理
Irregularities
凡出现弄虚作假、徇私舞弊者，一经查实，在报名阶段发现的，取消报考资格；在入学前发现的，取消入学资格；入学后发现的，取消录取资格或者学籍；毕业后发现的，由教育行政部门宣布学历、学位证书无效，责令收回或者予以没收；涉嫌犯罪的，依法移送司法机关处理。
In the registration period, any person who appears to be a fraud or a malpractice will be disqualified, before enrollment, will be disqualified; after entering the school, will be dismissed; after graduation, academic qualifications, degree certificate will be declared invalid by education administrative department, ordered to be withdrawn or confiscated; suspected of crime, according to the law will be transferred to the judiciary.

The scholarship is 20000 yuan for the first year. Please contact the Ningbo University International College for details.
